AI-powered autonomous cleaning robot. It detects stains, checks its own result and cleans again where needed.

PUDU CC1 Pro cleaning robot
  • 700 to 1,000m²/h Cleaning performance, manufacturer figure
  • 1,500 to 3,000m²/h with AI spot cleaning
  • 5h Runtime when scrubbing
  • 70cm Minimum passage width

From our fleet

In daily use at our customers

It detects stains, checks its own result and cleans again where needed. We use it where floors change and there is a lot going on, for example in a hospital and at a cleaning company that uses it for its clients.

Good for
Hospitals and large buildings with changing floors, cleaning companies looking after several sites.
Less suited
Coarse waste such as foil and wood. On linoleum and in busy corridors it needs its own programs and schedules, which we set during setup.
Manufacturer figure
700 to 1,000 m² per hour, 1,500 to 3,000 m² with AI spot cleaning
On subscription
from CHF 1,500 a month per robotDepending on model and scope, including setup, maintenance and reporting. The exact services are set out in the contract.

Features

What the robot does

PUDU CC1 Pro detects a stain on the floor

AI spot cleaning

The camera detects stains such as coffee, sauces or puddles in real time and plans the route there at once. The robot cleans exactly where it is needed.

PUDU CC1 Pro navigates through a store

VSLAM+ navigation

Camera and LiDAR work together. The robot navigates precisely through complex environments, without QR codes on walls or ceilings.

  • Cleaning performance check

A rear camera detects residue, starts a second pass and shows on a map where it has cleaned.

  • Intensity as needed

On stubborn stains, the robot raises its power. On clean areas, it works in eco mode.

  • Floor type detection

It recognizes hard floors and carpet and switches mode on its own.

  • Component self-monitoring

The AI detects defects or wear and triggers a second pass, a marker or self-cleaning.

  • OmniSense safety

Static and moving obstacles are detected continuously, for safe travel and full coverage of the area.

  • Four cleaning modes

Sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust mopping with one machine.

  • Compliant with IEC 63327

The cleaning system meets IEC 63327, with improved durability and maintenance.

  • Water and charging at the station

At the workstation, it fills and drains its water automatically and charges on its own.

  • Connectivity

Management via the Pudu Link app, control of e-gates and elevators.

Frequently asked questions

  • In our fleet, about 500 m² per hour when scrubbing and about 1,000 m² per hour when sweeping, including turning, docking and edge runs. Per working day, one robot cleans 1,100 to 2,100 m² in sports halls, clinics and production. The manufacturer figures are higher.

  • Empty the dirty water tank and clean the brushes and filters, daily or weekly depending on the job. It takes minutes and decides the result. One customer cleans the robot for 30 minutes every week, and it shows.
