The situation
Two booths, two shifts, parts up to one meter, many different parts and too few staff. A subsidy was running out at the end of July, so the company needed an offer with everything included.
What we built
A carousel robot of about 4.3 x 4.3 meters, 80 to 100 cm in front of the extraction wall, with two guns, fixtures and paint supply, delivered ready to use. Beforehand, the customer saw a carousel system in live operation at another customer’s site.

The result
Installation and handover from April 7 to 11, 2025. At the maintenance visit in May 2026 the robot was in very good condition. What tipped the decision: everything from planning to the technician on site was included in the price.
