The situation
A powder coater with an existing system compared the big application suppliers in 2022. Before deciding, he wanted to see a system in live operation.
What we built
Two powder robots on subscription on the existing system, with the layout adapted in May 2023. A new power-and-free conveyor was added in 2025, and more robots are planned.

The result
In operation since 2023. The sister company in the Hegau region ordered as well in 2026, because the senior owner had seen the system here.
