The situation
The company depended on its best painter: when he was out, the coating of the PUR molded parts stopped.
What we built
A carousel robot on subscription. A scanner detects how the part sits on the turntable and shifts every program accordingly.

The result
In operation since December 2022. The company is our test and reference plant in Germany: prospects painted their own parts here before ordering, and others visited the system in live operation.
