The team writes better programs itself
Before
Staff absences cost money, and the know-how sat with the former owner.
After
The team runs the robots on its own and improves the programs itself.
The situation
Staff absences were costing money. In 2026 a new managing director took over and wanted to become independent of the former head’s know-how.
What we built
Two wet-paint robots with a heavy-duty carousel for 400 kg, with service on subscription since April 2024. Training was planned for August 2026, but the team could already operate the robots. Instead, together with the painter, who had been there since 3 a.m., we wrote new programs for a large component and showed him how to improve existing programs himself.
Built with
- Two Lesta MV A6 painting robots
- Heavy-duty carousel for 400 kg
- Service on subscription
The result
Since August 26, 2026, the team has been running the robots on its own and improving the programs itself. The company recommended us to a business it knows, which now also paints with us, and it hosts visitors as a reference site.
Why it matters
Know-how belongs to the company, not to one person: we teach it to the team.
