Two robots in operation, two more ordered

About 4 hours
after a collision, the robot was back in production

The situation
A job coater with large components and a growing workload. The limit is not the equipment but the staff.
What we built
Two Lesta robots with a turning unit in two- and three-shift operation, programmed by demonstration. In day-to-day service we replace, for example, the control cabinet coolers, about one hour per robot. After a collision on March 27, 2026, we checked the mechanics, re-referenced the axis and tested the programs with the painter.
Built with
- Two Lesta MV A6 painting robots, two more ordered
- Turning unit for large components
- Coolers for the control cabinets
The result
After about four hours the robot was back in production. In March 2026 the company ordered its next two robots. It also shows its system to other companies: after a visit in June 2026, a Krone Group plant placed an order.
Why it matters
A job coater orders more robots, and its system convinces other companies.
