Hotel on Lake Lucerne

Hardly any hours saved, but a clean floor every morning

Running since July 2025 Anonymous case: we name the industry and the place, not the customer.

Before

Small areas, but every day, and the floor has to be spotless in the morning.

After

Hardly any hours saved, but a clean floor every morning. We said so beforehand.

A cleaning robot cleans the stone floor of a hotel lobby in the morning, a large window looking out on the lake.

The situation

The public areas of a hotel: not large, but to be cleaned every day, and the floor has to be spotless in the morning.

What we built

A wet cleaner since July 2025, set up for the hotel’s public areas.

Built with

The result

93 out of 100 runs finish without help, on 221 of 301 days (January to August 2026). On such small areas the robot hardly saves any hours. It delivers a reliably clean floor, and we told the hotel so beforehand.

Why it matters

We say openly when a robot saves money and when it mainly brings reliability.
