The situation
Powder and wet paint on a power-and-free conveyor, with parts moved by hand. 90 percent of the parts are up to two meters long, and many colors come in small 12-liter containers. The senior owner wanted a robot that can also handle future variants.
What we built
A Lesta robot with a carousel and a 3D scanner on a 1,500 x 1,500 mm steel plate, plus a 2K system with servo gear pumps in a container station. An automatic gun and a pressure tank allow a color change in about 30 seconds. On the drawing the container had solid walls, on site it had windows: we rebuilt the 2K rack within a week.

The result
Production without faults from the end of February 2026. When no paint reached the gun in April, we took the line apart piece by piece, found the cause in the cleaning during color changes and agreed a maintenance protocol with the customer.
Why it matters
When something on site does not match the drawing, we rebuild it within a week.
