Two robots run two booths
The situation
Electric motors are painted wet on wet. In every shift, one painter stood in the booth for the primer and one for the top coat.
What we built
Two self-learning Lesta robots run two booths, with a 2K paint supply and automatic part feeding. At the plant’s request, the robots’ signal lamps show the same as every other machine in the plant: green is working, orange is waiting. A small cleaning robot for the floors completes the setup.

The result
The system has been running for three years, and at the maintenance visit in September 2026 both robots were in good condition. The plant manager led the project himself.
