Two systems, two different solutions
Before
Parts up to 1.8 x 2 meters were primed by hand, at the first site without a conveyor.
After
Two systems prime with robots, one with a carousel and one on a rail along the booth.
The situation
Fiber composite and plastic parts up to 1.8 x 2 meters were primed by hand. The first site had no conveyor.
What we built
System 1: a carousel robot, because there was no conveyor. System 2: a robot on a rail along the booth. Two hangers are pushed in side by side, the pressure tank travels with the robot, and we built the steel structure on the ceiling ourselves.

Why it matters
We adapt the robot to the plant, not the other way round.
