The robot now does the evening cleaning in shipping

Running since March 2025 Anonymous case: we name the industry and the place, not the customer.

Before

After every shift, one person cleaned the shipping floor at 5 degrees, between forklifts.

After

The robot does the evening cleaning in shipping, and the team no longer cleans the corridor.

The situation

A 50-meter corridor between the office and production was cleaned by hand once or twice a day. After every shift, one person cleaned the shipping floor at around 5 degrees, between forklifts and after hours.

What we built

A wet cleaner in the corridor that cleans during the day and dries immediately, and a sweeping robot in shipping at 5 degrees. Tests and training on site, purchased rather than on subscription. Service in the first year: fresh water inlet descaled, docking station and brush drive replaced, one fault fixed remotely.

Built with

The result

The robots clean about 1,700 m² on five out of six days (January to August 2026). The evening cleaning in shipping by one person is no longer needed, and the cleaning team no longer has to do the corridor (customer report, July 2025).

Why it matters

Cold, forklifts, the end of the working day: that is exactly where the robot takes the evening shift off one person’s hands.
