Robonnement Intelligence. The AI for the real world.

Talk to your factory.

Robonnement Intelligence is the physical AI for your factory. A supercomputer on your shop floor that knows every part, preserves the knowledge of your best people, and connects people, robots, and machines into one system.

You ask. Your factory answers. And acts.

The First Series is open to a limited number of factories. Admission in order of request, based on fit.

You run your factory. But do you see it?

  1. Where is this order, and how long has it been there?

  2. Why does one order take 20 days and another 60?

  3. What did rework really cost last month?

  4. Which parts earn you money, and which lose you money?

  5. What happens if your best employee is out tomorrow? Or retires next year?

The answers exist. They sit in lists, on paper travelers, and in the heads of the people who were there. In the evening, you ask how the day went, and you get a recollection instead of an answer.

And every evening, this knowledge goes home. One day, it retires.

The third phase

Data. Information. Intelligence.

Digitization has gone through three phases. First, data you file away. Then, information you have to look up. Now, intelligence you can ask.

  1. Data

    you file away

  2. Information

    you have to look up

  3. Intelligence

    you can ask

In offices, the third phase has arrived. You ask, and the answer is there. In production, it has not. There, a paper traveler still hangs on the parts carrier. There, the truth about production sits on slips of paper, in Excel spreadsheets, and in people’s heads.

Here, everyone is at the starting line. Even the big players. Those who start now will be years ahead. And a head start cannot be bought later.

You know this from ChatGPT. You ask, and the answer is there. But that intelligence lives behind a screen. It can write, but it cannot open a door. It can explain, but it cannot move an order.

Robonnement Intelligence brings it into the real world. Picture a house. You put a box inside, plug it in, and suddenly the house knows everything about itself. The window opens when the air gets stale. The oven starts, holds the temperature, and stops when you want it to. You see everything and can ask anything. That is exactly what we do with your factory.

You plug in the box. And your factory starts to think.

The product

This is Robonnement Intelligence.

A dark, plain block with fine threads of light running into it from all sides. Illustrative image. The hardware design is not yet final.

A box. Inside, an AI supercomputer. Connected to your factory.

Robonnement Intelligence connects every station, every machine, every robot, and every person on your shop floor into a single system. What happens in production is captured. What your people know is preserved. Your questions are understood. And what you decide is carried out.

And Robonnement Intelligence talks to everything that is already there: your ERP, your control systems, machines, and robots, and your scales, scanners, and sensors. Everything comes together.

Four capabilities, for the first time in a single product. Fully installed and operated by us.

A new workday

A day when your factory thinks with you.

You can list features. You feel the difference in the morning. This is what a day with Robonnement Intelligence feels like, for those who decide and for those who work with it.

For those who decide.

  1. You are still at home, and the coffee is still hot. Your factory has already sent you a message: the night was quiet, Booth 2 lost twenty minutes, the cause has been found, and the early shift has been briefed.

The night was quiet. Booth 2 lost twenty minutes. The cause has been found, and the early shift has been briefed.

    Illustrative example
  2. You walk the shop floor and, for the first time, you are not looking for anything. You ask: “Will we make the delivery by Friday?” The answer comes at once, along with the reason.

  3. A customer calls, upset about a part. While they are still talking, you see the part’s life history: who, when, which lot, which measurement. The call ends with a document instead of an apology.

  4. Your largest customer wants the CO2 record for the last delivery. It used to be a week of Excel. Today it is one sentence, and the document is on its way.

  5. A rush order comes in. You say it once: “Let’s move this one up.” The station sees it, logistics stages the material, the robot loads its program, and nobody has to follow up by phone.

  6. You drive home, and no open question rides along. You no longer need to ask anyone how the day went. You know.

For those who work with it.

  1. Mehmet has been a painter for 22 years. He starts his shift, and the tablet at his station shows what is coming today, every part with a picture. No paper traveler, no searching.

  2. Anna has been at the factory for three weeks. Faced with a new part, she hesitates and asks in her own language: “How do I hang this?” The answer comes in Mehmet’s words and with his photo, just as he would explain it to her himself.

  3. In Booth 3, the robot paints a part that Mehmet showed it once, two years ago. The same on every shift, even while Mehmet is on break. His craft keeps working.

A painter’s gloved hands holding a spray gun in front of a hanging part. Illustrative image.
  4. Anna inspects a part. Instead of a note on paper, a photo and one sentence are enough. The finding goes straight into the Part Passport, and nobody has to ask later who checked it.

  5. Shift change. The late shift knows what the early shift knows. And Anna goes home and, for the first time, no longer feels new.

  6. Mehmet leaves, too. He knows: when he retires in a few years, his knowledge will not go with him. It stays in the factory, with his name on it.

What changes is not just the work. It is how it feels.

You know instead of guessing. You lead instead of searching. And you make data-driven decisions. Every day, not just at the end of the month. And your people are heard, not replaced. What they know counts, every day and for everyone.

The First Series is open to a limited number of factories. Admission in order of request, based on fit.

Capture

Every part has a story. Now it is captured and written down.

From receiving onward, every part carries a code. Every station, every machine, every robot, and every manual step is recorded on it. Measurements, equipment data, and photos flow in automatically. This gives every part a life history that cannot be altered after the fact.

The paper traveler on the parts carrier is gone. So is the handwritten note at inspection. At every station, your operator sees the part number with a picture of the part, and from there on, the Part Passport travels with it.

Every department gets its own view with its own KPIs. And you see what is happening on your shop floor in real time, instead of asking in the evening.

  • Customer complaint? You respond with a document instead of a recollection.
  • Profitability per part. You see which parts earn you money and which lose you money.
  • CO2 record per part. Energy and CO2 are logged to the part at every station. You create the record for your customer at the push of a button, from your own measurements.
  • Quality certificate per part. Every inspection, every measurement, and every photo is in the Part Passport. Your factory creates the certificate for every part and every delivery on its own, in seconds.
  • Your ERP remains the system of record. Robonnement Intelligence replaces nothing. The intelligence sits on top.
Preserve

The knowledge of your best people no longer retires.

An experienced painter shows a young colleague how to hang a part correctly. Illustrative image.

Every factory has people who know how it is done. The painter who sees whether the texture finish is right. The person who hangs the parts and knows how each one has to hang. The production manager who knows why. None of this is written in any work instruction.

We draw it out. In long conversations on site, in their own words, at their own workstations. The result is a digital brain for every workstation.

From then on, this knowledge is available to every employee. On screen, by text or voice, in their own language. New people find their footing faster. And your shift supervisor no longer depends on the best person being on site that day.

Not a monitoring tool. A coach. Your best employee is not replaced. They become the teacher of the whole factory.

Understand

Ask your factory. As you would ask a person.

From a tablet, a phone, or a screen. In plain language.

  1. “Where is order 4711, and how long has it been there?”
  2. “Which booth was the bottleneck this week?”
  3. “What did rework cost us in September?”
  4. “Why was Line 2 slower than usual yesterday?”
  5. “Which parts are still shipping today?”
Ask your factory 11:20

Where is order 4711, and how long has it been there?

In Booth 2, since 09:14. Two orders are still ahead of it. Expected to finish at 13:30.

From the records: Booth 2

Which booth was the bottleneck this week?

Booth 3. On average, it ran 14% below takt, mainly because of color changes on Tuesday and Wednesday.

From the records: Booths 1 to 4

What did rework cost us in September?

I cannot answer that completely. Rework has only been logged since September 16. For that period: 41 parts, 23 hours.

Gap in the data

Why was Line 2 slower than usual yesterday?

Between 10:20 and 11:05, the line stood still after a color change. After that, it ran at takt.

From the records: Line 2

Which parts are still shipping today?

Three shipments, 184 parts in total. All on schedule.

From the records: Shipping
Illustrative example

The answers come from your factory’s records, not from estimates. And every morning, you know what happened overnight before you ask.

And if the answer is not in your data, you hear exactly that. With the reason why. An assistant that always has an answer is dangerous. Robonnement Intelligence names its own gaps.

Act

You decide. Your factory carries it out.

Robonnement Intelligence does not just answer questions. The system relays what you decide.

Within the machine’s safety logic

14:00 · Order 4730

Let’s move this one up.

Approval
  • Station: tablet shows the new sequence
  • Logistics: stage material
  • Robot: right program loaded
  • Machine: right parameters set
Illustrative example

You move an order up. The operator at the station sees it on their tablet. Logistics gets the instruction to stage the material. The robot gets the right program. The machine gets the right parameters.

You say it once. People, robots, and machines get the message at the same time.

Safe before anything moves. Anything that moves does so only with approval and always within the machine’s safety logic. Robonnement Intelligence gives instructions. The system never bypasses a safety function.

Robots

Built for today’s robots. And for tomorrow’s.

A painter guides a ceiling-mounted Lesta painting robot through the movement.

In the system, robots are colleagues. They paint, sand, inspect, clean, or palletize, and they log their work like everyone else on the line.

Every robot that joins your factory in the future connects to the same brain. It does not start from zero. It starts with everything your factory has learned over the years.

That goes for the painting robot standing in your factory today. And for the humanoid robots still standing in the world’s labs today.

Hardware

A supercomputer. On your shop floor.

A dark, plain block with fine threads of light running into it from all sides. Illustrative image. The hardware design is not yet final.

The intelligence does not sit in a distant cloud. It sits in an AI supercomputer from Robonnement, right where your data is created.

  • No waiting.
  • No dependence on the internet.
  • No third-party servers.

Computing power that until recently was reserved for data centers is now in your factory.

We install, operate, maintain, and update it. You put it to work.

From anywhere

At home in your factory. Accessible from anywhere.

Your factory, live: at the office, on the road, on the weekend. On any laptop, tablet, or phone.

The connection is encrypted throughout and opens only to devices you have approved. No door is left open in your firewall. And if the internet connection goes down, your factory simply keeps working. After all, the intelligence sits on your shop floor.

Our data promise

Your data stays in your factory.

Everything your production generates belongs to you: parts, orders, recipes, process parameters, programs, measurements, images, drawings, your customers, your employees, and the knowledge of your best people. It is stored and processed exclusively on the box on your shop floor.

Diagram: All data stays on the box inside your factory. Only technical, anonymous operating metrics leave the factory. You take part in the industry benchmark only if you choose to.

Industry benchmark, only if you choose

  • Nobody listens in. Not even Robonnement.

Remote maintenance by us takes place only with your approval, and every access is logged.

  • You have everything, at all times.

Your data is available to you in full, continuously, and in open formats, without having to ask and at no cost.

  • What we learn.

To make Robonnement Intelligence better every year, we learn from how the technology itself runs: how fast it responds, which features are used, where it reaches its limits. These metrics are technical and anonymous. They say nothing about your parts, your processes, or your customers.

  • If you want more.

If you choose, you can take part in our anonymous industry benchmark. Aggregated KPIs with no link to your factory feed into it, and in return you see where you stand compared with companies in your industry. You decide, and you can opt out at any time.

  • What never happens.

We do not sell data, we do not pass it on to anyone, and we do not train any AI model on your production data.

  • If you leave.

You receive all of your data, complete and in open formats. Then we verifiably erase the box before it leaves your factory.

Why Robonnement

We have been capturing intelligence for years.

Nimrod Malinas, founder and CEO of Robonnement, next to a Lesta painting robot

Robonnement never simply sold robots. We captured know-how and reproduced it.

Your best painter demonstrates a movement once. The robot records it and then repeats it identically on every part, on every shift, every day. That is how we have commissioned more than 200 industrial robots in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Four out of five of our customers deployed their very first robot with us.

At Borbet, one of the world’s largest wheel manufacturers, we built the first fully automated die-coating system for wheel molds, after the major robot manufacturers had passed on it. Our intelligence systems and robots run at Schneider Electric, the Krone Group, CERN, the United Nations in Geneva, and Zurich Airport.

And we built it for ourselves first. Sales, operations, and our entire robot fleet run on a system we ask the way we would ask a colleague. Every morning, it tells us which robot needs attention, before a customer calls.

Others are raising billions to research physical AI in the lab. We have quietly built it in factories, for customers among the leading names in European industry. We are not just an idea. We are in operation.

First, we captured and replicated the movements of people’s hands. Now, the knowledge in their heads.

Looking ahead

This is only the beginning.

  1. Today, one plant.

  2. Tomorrow, every plant in your group: each with its own box, each with its own data, together in one view.

  3. And the day after tomorrow, your supply chain. When a part leaves your factory, Robonnement Intelligence hands its life history over to the box at your customer’s site. Only what you approve.

The result is a network of factories that work together without a single factory giving up its data.

And it does not stop at the factory. We are starting with painting and production. Tomorrow, the same intelligence will work for cleaning companies, in buildings, and at airports, wherever people and robots do physical work.

Robonnement Intelligence is the physical AI of work.

How it starts

Live in three weeks. Not in years.

  1. Walkthrough.

We come to your factory and walk every station with you. You show us how things run today, without glossing over anything.

  2. Target blueprint.

You receive in writing what will be digitized, in what order, and with what impact.

  3. Start.

The box comes to your factory, is configured specifically for it, and goes live.

  4. Growth.

Every additional station, every robot, and every additional plant comes on board. And with every day, Robonnement Intelligence knows more about your factory.

Not a capital project.

You pay for the setup and then a monthly fee. Operation, updates, further development, and support are included. The same model you know from our robots.

Less than one employee.

Robonnement Intelligence costs less per month than a single position in your factory. And it works for everyone, on every shift. So your output rises measurably with the same team.

First Series

We are starting with only a few factories. On purpose.

Every factory starts with an on-site walkthrough. After that, we hold long conversations with your people, at their workstations. We do this ourselves, not as a side project. That is why the number of factories in the First Series is limited.

We allocate spots in order of request and based on whether your factory is a fit for the First Series. If it is not a fit yet, your factory stays on the waitlist for the next series.

What happens next

  1. Request: You describe your factory in two minutes.

  2. Walkthrough: If your factory is a fit, we visit and show you the live demo.

  3. Target blueprint: You receive in writing what will be digitized, in what order, and with what impact.
