Application technology

Since 2008, we have been putting paint on parts.

If you want robots to paint, you have to understand paint. Spray guns, pumps, mixing and dosing, paint supply, spare parts and overhauls: from a single source, for your manual booth and for your robot.

Where we come from

Before we built robot cells, we supplied spray guns and pumps.

Our roots go back to 1934 and K. Lips AG in Altstätten. Since 2008 we have supplied paint shops with application technology, from the painter's workshop to the industrial paint shop running shifts. Our robot cells grew out of this knowledge: if you know how paint behaves in pump, hose and gun, you build cells that hold up in the booth.

What we supply

For manual booths and robot cells. Maintenance and spare parts from Altstätten.

  • Spray guns

    Manual and automatic guns for airmix, airless and air spray, plus nozzles and air caps.

  • Pumps

    Piston and diaphragm pumps, airmix and airless pumps, on a trolley or wall-mounted.

  • Mixing and dosing

    2K and 3K, with color change and flushing. Also our own low-pressure dosing with servo motors and gear pumps.

  • Paint supply

    Pressure tanks, drum stations, pressure regulators and lines, for one or several booths.

  • Spare parts

    Seals, needles, nozzles and filters for the equipment you use today.

  • Overhaul and service

    Overhaul of pumps and guns in our workshop or on site at your plant, with a callback from our specialist.

In our robot cells

The application decides whether a robot paints well.

In every cell we plan gun, pump and paint supply as well. A few examples:

For existing equipment

Your pump is stuttering? We overhaul it.

An old airmix pump that stutters, a leaking needle seal, a 2K unit that spits: these are typical calls to our application technology team. We overhaul in our workshop in Altstätten or at your plant, order missing parts from the manufacturer and tell you when an overhaul is no longer worth it.

We buy, finance, install and operate. You pay a fixed monthly fee, with no investment. Buying remains an option.
