Robots that learn.
Your best painter shows a movement once. The robot repeats it the same way on every shift. Plus cleaning and service robots for halls, buildings and airports.
Robotics as a Service
We bring robots, systems and intelligence to where hands are missing and knowledge is retiring. We finance, install and operate everything. You pay a fixed monthly fee.

Application technology for the paint industry since 2008
We are an owner-led company from Altstätten in the Swiss Rhine Valley, with a team in Switzerland, Germany and Romania. We build painting systems with Lesta robots, inspection cells and special machines, bring cleaning and service robots into hospitals, schools and factory halls, and write the software for them. Our customers have no research department. They have too few people and too much manual work.
We design carousels, linear axes, 2K dosing systems and controls ourselves and pre-assemble them in Altstätten, so the installation at your site stays short.
A scanner recognizes the part and picks the program. Your painter shows new parts once. Nobody at your company has to program.
Service robots from CHF 1,500 a month, a painting robot in your booth from EUR 2,900 a month. On subscription or to buy.

Labor market
By 2040, about 13.3 million people in Germany's workforce will reach retirement age, almost a third of everyone working today. The jobs nobody wants to do go empty first: in the paint booth, at the end of the line, on the night shift.
What we solve every day
Sentences we hear again and again in paint shops, factory halls, hospitals and sports halls.
What we do: The robot learns from the painter you have and paints alongside in every shift.

Your best painter shows a movement once. The robot repeats it the same way on every shift. Plus cleaning and service robots for halls, buildings and airports.
From the paint cell to the palletizing system to quality inspection: planned, built, commissioned and supported.
Your factory keeps the knowledge of its best people. People, robots and machines work as one system, and you ask your factory the way you would ask a person.
Use cases
From paint shops, factory halls, hospitals, schools and an airport. Anonymous cases name the industry and the place. We name only customers whose work with us is already public.
4 months to full capacity
In three shifts, coaters stand under truck bodies and work overhead in the powder cloud.
4 weeks from pre-assembly in our workshop to the painted part, without stopping production
About 1,700 m² cleaned by the robots per working day, on five out of six days.
Collecting and sorting waste where passengers are on the move, with too few cleaning staff.
18 robots 15 for waste collection, 3 service robots
6 weeks until the second robot was ordered
About 1,900 m² cleaned by the robot per night, resin included
14 of 14 commissioning days on schedule, station by station
246 of 301 days in use, with about 1,300 m² per run

The next chapter
First we captured the movement of the hands. Now the knowledge in the head. Robonnement Intelligence connects every station, every machine, every robot and every person in your factory into one system.
From Altstätten
Around the world, start-ups are raising billions to research physical AI in the lab. We built it, quietly, from Altstätten in the Rhine Valley, in real factories and buildings. Our roots go back to 1934, when K. Lips AG began supplying Swiss companies with painting and compressed-air technology.
From our technicians’ field reports, with dates.
A collision in the morning, axis 4 offset by about 4 degrees. Mechanics checked, re-referenced, programs tested with the painter. After about four hours, production is running again.
View case: Job coater in EmslandThe planned training is not needed, the team can already operate the robot. Instead, we write new programs for a large part with the painter, who has been there since 3 a.m.
View case: Paint shop in SaarlandAfter the summer, CERN asks us to extend the robots’ areas. Since then, floor after floor has been added.

«Ich danke meinen zwei Roboterkollegen, weil sie das tun, was ich von ihnen möchte, und mir so mehr Energie für das lassen, was ich gerne mache.»
Translation: “I thank my two robot colleagues, because they do what I want them to do and leave me more energy for what I like to do.”
«Wir haben einen zunehmenden Fachkräftemangel in der Reinigung mit häufig sehr fordernden Arbeitstagen.»
Translation: “We have a growing shortage of skilled cleaning staff, with often very demanding working days.”
«Ich lackiere die Teile einmal mit dem Roboter, speichere das Programm, und danach kann jeder Mitarbeiter den Roboter bedienen und die Teile lackieren, ohne Lackierkenntnisse zu benötigen.»
Translation: “I paint the parts once with the robot and save the program. After that, any employee can operate the robot and paint the parts without needing any painting skills.”
«Ich habe Nein gesagt. Dann habe ich es ausprobiert. Jetzt kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, zurückzugehen.»
Translation: “I said no. Then I tried it. Now I can’t imagine going back.”

How we start
We look at your parts, booth, line or floors. You get an honest answer on whether a robot pays off for you, and if it does, a first concept.
See a robot at work and ask the people who run it every day.
